I bought a pack of dried pumpkin noodle from Ipoh. Can't wait to have them in my lunch today.
Ingredients
- broccoli 西兰花
- carrot 胡萝卜
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- sweet corn kernel 玉米粒
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- ginger 姜
- pumpkin noodle 南瓜面
- tomato puree 番茄泥
- pepper 胡椒粉
- salt 盐
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Cook the noodle with a pot of water to tender. Drain the noodle. 南瓜面用开水煮软隔水。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic. 热锅放油爆香洋葱、姜和蒜。
- Toss in the carrot and cook to tender. Then add other vegetable and stir thoroughly. 倒入胡萝卜煮至软身,将其它蔬菜加入煮。
- Add the noodle. 倒入面条。
- Pour in the tomato puree, stir evenly with the noodle and vegetables. 加入番茄泥,与蔬菜和面混匀。
- Season with salt, pepper. 以盐、胡椒粉调味。
