Pumpkin Noodle in Tomato Sauce



I bought a pack of dried pumpkin noodle from Ipoh. Can't wait to have them in my lunch today.

Ingredients

  • broccoli     西兰花
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • sweet corn kernel    玉米粒
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • pumpkin noodle    南瓜面
  • tomato puree    番茄泥
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • salt    盐

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Cook the noodle with a pot of water to tender. Drain the noodle.    南瓜面用开水煮软隔水。
  3. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic.    热锅放油爆香洋葱、姜和蒜。
  4. Toss in the carrot and cook to tender. Then add other vegetable and stir thoroughly.    倒入胡萝卜煮至软身,将其它蔬菜加入煮。
  5. Add the noodle.    倒入面条。
  6. Pour in the tomato puree, stir evenly with the noodle and vegetables.    加入番茄泥,与蔬菜和面混匀
  7. Season with salt, pepper.    以盐、胡椒粉调味。
