Fried Brown Rice MeeHoon




Nice chewy meehoon with various vegetables.

Ingredients

  • brown rice meehoon     糙米粉
  • maitake mushroom    舞茸/灰树花
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • gobo/greater burdock   牛蒡
  • Cayenne pepper powder    辣椒粉
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • pepper    胡椒




Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Soak the meehoon into water to tender. Drain the meehoon.    糙米粉泡水浸软隔水。
  3. Heat up the pan with sesame oil. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic.    热锅放麻油爆香洋葱、姜和蒜。
  4. Toss in the gobo and carrot. Cook to tender.    倒入牛蒡和胡萝卜煮熟。
  5. Toss in other vegetables and stir fried.    加入其它蔬菜炒允。
  6. Put in the meehoon and stir fried.    倒入糙米粉炒。
  7. Season with fish sauce, light soy sauce, pepper powder and pepper.    以鱼露、酱油、辣椒粉、胡椒调味。
