Nice chewy meehoon with various vegetables.
Ingredients
- brown rice meehoon 糙米粉
- maitake mushroom 舞茸/灰树花
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- carrot 胡萝卜
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- ginger 姜
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- Cayenne pepper powder 辣椒粉
- fish sauce 鱼露
- light soy sauce 酱油
- sesame oil 麻油
- pepper 胡椒
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Soak the meehoon into water to tender. Drain the meehoon. 糙米粉泡水浸软隔水。
- Heat up the pan with sesame oil. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic. 热锅放麻油爆香洋葱、姜和蒜。
- Toss in the gobo and carrot. Cook to tender. 倒入牛蒡和胡萝卜煮熟。
- Toss in other vegetables and stir fried. 加入其它蔬菜炒允。
- Put in the meehoon and stir fried. 倒入糙米粉炒。
- Season with fish sauce, light soy sauce, pepper powder and pepper. 以鱼露、酱油、辣椒粉、胡椒调味。
