A vege-sandwich as my healthy lunch.
Ingredients
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- ginger 姜
- enokitake 金针菇
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- light soy sauce 酱油
- pepper 胡椒
- sesame oil 麻油
- ginger/rice wine 姜/米酒
- salt 盐
- toast 吐司
- butter/margarine 牛油/黄油
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Chopped the ginger, onion and garlic. 姜、洋葱和蒜切末。
- Cut the other vegetables into desire size. 其它蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
- Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the onion, garlic and ginger. 烧热锅加少许油,爆香洋葱、蒜和姜。
- Toss in the gobo and stir fried, pour in a little bit of water and cook to tender. 倒入牛蒡炒一下,加少许水煮至软身。
- Toss in the enokitake and stir fried. 然后加金针菇兜炒。
- Season with light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, wine, salt (optional). 以酱油、胡椒、麻油、酒、盐(选择性)调味。
- Spread the toast with some butter/margarine. 吐司抹上牛油/黄油。
- Sandwich the gobo & enokitake, napa cabbage with 2 slices of toast. 牛蒡金针菇、黄芽白夹在吐司中间。
