Gobo Enokitake Sandwich



A vege-sandwich as my healthy lunch.

Ingredients

  • gobo/greater burdock    牛蒡
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • enokitake     金针菇
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • light soy sauce    酱油   
  • pepper    胡椒
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • ginger/rice wine    姜/米酒
  • salt    
  • toast    吐司
  • butter/margarine    牛油/黄油
  • plain water    清水







  Steps 

  1. Chopped the ginger, onion and garlic.    姜、洋葱和蒜切末。
  2. Cut the other vegetables into desire size.    其它蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
  3. Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the onion, garlic and ginger.    烧热锅加少许油,爆香洋葱、蒜和姜。
  4. Toss in the gobo and stir fried, pour in a little bit of water and cook to tender.    倒入牛蒡炒一下,加少许水煮至软身。
  5. Toss in the enokitake and stir fried.    然后加金针菇兜炒。
  6. Season with light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, wine, salt (optional).    以酱油、胡椒、麻油、酒、盐(选择性)调味。  
  7. Spread the toast with some butter/margarine.    吐司抹上牛油/黄油。
  8. Sandwich the gobo & enokitake, napa cabbage with 2 slices of toast.    牛蒡金针菇、黄芽白夹在吐司中间。
