Ingredients
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- dried seaweed 紫菜(滚烫用的)
- konbu 昆布
- enokitake 金针菇
- tofu 豆腐
- dried mushroom 冬菇
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- miso paste 味噌
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- bonito flakes 柴鱼片
Steps
- Soak the dried seaweed and dried mushroom into water until tender. 紫菜和冬菇浸水泡软。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the ingredients in to cook. 把干贝高汤煮开。加入其它材料煮。
- Season with miso paste, sushi/sashimi soy sauce. 以味噌、寿司/刺身酱油调味。
- Spread some bonito flakes on top. 撒些柴鱼片在表面。
