Seaweed Gobo Miso Soup


The soup that makes you energetic.

Ingredients

  • gobo/greater burdock    牛蒡
  • dried seaweed   紫菜(滚烫用的)
  • konbu    昆布
  • enokitake     金针菇
  • tofu    豆腐
  • dried mushroom    冬菇
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤
  • miso paste    味噌
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • bonito flakes    柴鱼片

Steps 

  1. Soak the dried seaweed and dried mushroom into water until tender.    紫菜和冬菇浸水泡软。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the ingredients in to cook.    干贝高汤煮开。加入其它材料煮。
  4. Season with miso paste, sushi/sashimi soy sauce.    以味噌、寿司/刺身酱油调味。
  5. Spread some bonito flakes on top.    撒些柴鱼片在表面。
