Pumpkin Fried Multi-grains Rice


Pumpkin is rich in nutritious that needed by our body. Just put it into your fried rice and your meal's value will be upgraded.

Ingredients

  • multi-grains rice    五壳米
  • garlic    
  • onion    洋葱
  • ginger    
  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • dried scallop    干贝
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • dried mushroom    冬菇
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • pepper   胡椒
  • plain water    清水

Steps 

  1. Soak the dried scallop and dried mushroom into water until tender then drain. Keep the water for later use.    干贝和冬菇浸水泡软隔水。泡过的水留起来备用。
  2. Cook the multi-grains rice according to the instruction given.    五壳米依照指示煮成饭。
  3. Cut the ingredients into desire size.     把材料依喜好切小块。
  4. Heat up the pan with a little cooking oil. Saute the onion, garlic and ginger.    烧热锅再加油爆香洋葱、姜、蒜。
  5. Add the pumpkin and carrot into the pan. Pour in the drained water from step (1) and some plain water (if the drained water not enough), cook to tender.   加入南瓜和胡萝卜,加步骤(1)备用的水和一些清水(如果步骤(1)的水不够)煮
  6. Cook until the water is dry out. Add the mushroom and scallop. Stir well.    继续煮至水收干。加冬菇和干贝兜匀。
  7. Add in the multi-grains rice, well stir.    倒入五壳米饭兜匀。    
  8. Season with fish sauce, pepper, sesame oil.    以鱼露、胡椒、麻油调味。
