BBQ Pork & Egg & Cheese Sandwich



A heavy protein sandwich for boy's lunch today.

Ingredients

  • pork fillet    猪肉片
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • LKK Char Siew BBQ sauce     叉烧酱
  • light soy sauce    酱油   
  • dark soy sauce    黑酱油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • corn flour    玉米粉
  • toast    吐司
  • butter/margarine    牛油/黄油
  • egg    
  • sliced cheese    片状芝士







  Steps 

  1. Chopped the ginger, onion and garlic.    姜、洋葱和蒜切末。
  2. Marinate the pork fillet with chopped garlic, onion, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, BBQ (Char Siew) sauce for 1 hour.    猪肉片以洋葱末、蒜末、姜末、酱油、黑酱油、叉烧酱、胡椒腌1个小时。
  3. Coat the pork fillet with a little corn flour and sesame oil. Set aside.    腌好的猪肉片裹上少许玉米粉和麻油备用。
  4. Heat up the grill pan with some cooking oil. Grill the pork fillet to cooked.     烧热烤锅放些油。煎烤猪肉片至熟。
  5. Heat up the pan with a touch of oil, place the fried egg mold in center. Crack the egg into the mold and fried to cooked.    烧热锅加少许油,煎蛋模放中间。把蛋打入模里煎熟。
  6. Spread the toast with some butter/margarine.    吐司抹上牛油/黄油。
  7. Sandwich the pork fillet, cheese and egg with 2 slices of toast.    猪肉片、芝士和蛋夹在吐司中间。
