A heavy protein sandwich for boy's lunch today.
Ingredients
- pork fillet 猪肉片
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- ginger 姜
- LKK Char Siew BBQ sauce 叉烧酱
- light soy sauce 酱油
- dark soy sauce 黑酱油
- pepper 胡椒
- sesame oil 麻油
- corn flour 玉米粉
- toast 吐司
- butter/margarine 牛油/黄油
- egg 蛋
- sliced cheese 片状芝士
Steps
- Chopped the ginger, onion and garlic. 姜、洋葱和蒜切末。
- Marinate the pork fillet with chopped garlic, onion, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, BBQ (Char Siew) sauce for 1 hour. 猪肉片以洋葱末、蒜末、姜末、酱油、黑酱油、叉烧酱、胡椒腌1个小时。
- Coat the pork fillet with a little corn flour and sesame oil. Set aside. 腌好的猪肉片裹上少许玉米粉和麻油备用。
- Heat up the grill pan with some cooking oil. Grill the pork fillet to cooked. 烧热烤锅放些油。煎烤猪肉片至熟。
- Heat up the pan with a touch of oil, place the fried egg mold in center. Crack the egg into the mold and fried to cooked. 烧热锅加少许油,煎蛋模放中间。把蛋打入模里煎熟。
- Spread the toast with some butter/margarine. 吐司抹上牛油/黄油。
- Sandwich the pork fillet, cheese and egg with 2 slices of toast. 猪肉片、芝士和蛋夹在吐司中间。
