Wholemeal Sesame Rolls with Cheesy/Gula Melaka Filling



To have some healthier meal as my breakfast, so I made a wholemeal sesame roll with cheese or gula melaka filling. The bun is not as soft and fluffy as the regular one, it's a bit chewy and dense in structure. But you will love it when you have your bites full with wonderful earthy flavor.

Simplest Tiramisu




I got a tube of cream cheese in my fridge which will expired on May. I searched for the easiest recipe which no baking needed, and I found this recipe~ Tiramisu. Tiramisu usually has egg, sugar and mascarpone cheese whipped into custard, and layered with ladyfingers dipped with coffee and rum. But the recipe I found is not using egg and rum, and I used cream cheese instead of the mascarpone.
