Cooling Fresh Salad



A cool refreshing salad with Japanese dressing.

Ingredients

  • cucumber    黄瓜
  • daikon radish    白萝卜
  • turnip/yam bean (sengkuang)    沙葛
  • cabbage    包菜
  • tomato    番茄   
  • roasted sesame    烤好的芝麻
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • sugar    糖
  • sesame oil    麻油

  Steps 

  1. Slice the vegetables.   蔬菜切片。
  2. Mix the vegetables with sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil. Sprinkle the sesame on top.    切好的蔬菜与寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋、糖和麻油拌匀。最后洒上芝麻。
