Ingredients
- cucumber 黄瓜
- daikon radish 白萝卜
- turnip/yam bean (sengkuang) 沙葛
- cabbage 包菜
- tomato 番茄
- roasted sesame 烤好的芝麻
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- sugar 糖
- sesame oil 麻油
Steps
- Slice the vegetables. 蔬菜切片。
- Mix the vegetables with sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil. Sprinkle the sesame on top. 切好的蔬菜与寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋、糖和麻油拌匀。最后洒上芝麻。
