Quite frequent I cook the vegetable in soup. Today I decide to have some vegetable in soup but western style.
Ingredients
- broccoli 西兰花
- cauliflower 包菜花
- tomato 番茄
- cabbage 包菜
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- brinjal 茄子
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- bacon 熏肉
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- instant mushroom soup powder 速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒
- oregano 牛至
- margarine/butter 黄油/牛油
- egg 蛋
- cheese 芝士
Steps
- Chop the onion and garlic. Cut other ingredients into desire size. 洋葱和蒜切末,其它材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Pan fry the bacon with a little oil to fragrant. 熏肉用少油煎香。
- Heat up the pan again with margarine/butter, saute the onion and garlic. 烧热锅用黄油/牛油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Add other vegetables and bacon and well stir. 加入其它蔬菜和熏肉兜匀。
- Mix the instant mushroom soup powder with some water, then pour into the pan and stir thoroughly. 速溶蘑菇汤粉和水混合均匀,再倒入锅里和其它材料拌匀。
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Then transfer them into a baking tin. 以盐、胡椒和牛至调味,然后倒入烤盒里。
- Whisk the egg a while and pour into the baking tin. 蛋稍打散倒进烤盒里和其它材料混合。
- Place the cheese on top and bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. 芝士放在表面180°C烘20-30分钟。
