Baked Vegetable with White Sauce



Quite frequent I cook the vegetable in soup. Today I decide to have some vegetable in soup but western style.

Ingredients

  • broccoli    西兰花
  • cauliflower    包菜花
  • tomato    番茄
  • cabbage   包菜
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • brinjal    茄子
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • bacon    熏肉
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • instant mushroom soup powder    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
  • salt    盐
  • pepper    胡椒
  • oregano    牛至
  • margarine/butter    黄油/牛油
  • egg    
  • cheese    芝士

Steps 

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut other ingredients into desire size.    洋葱和蒜切末,其它材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Pan fry the bacon with a little oil to fragrant.    熏肉用少油煎香。
  3. Heat up the pan again with margarine/butter, saute the onion and garlic.    烧热锅用黄油/牛油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  4. Add other vegetables and bacon and well stir.   加入其它蔬菜和熏肉兜匀。
  5. Mix the instant mushroom soup powder with some water, then pour into the pan and stir thoroughly.    速溶蘑菇汤粉和水混合均匀,再倒入锅里和其它材料拌匀。
  6. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Then transfer them into a baking tin.    以盐、胡椒和牛至调味,然后倒入烤盒里。
  7. Whisk the egg a while and pour into the baking tin.    蛋稍打散倒进烤盒里和其它材料混合。
  8. Place the cheese on top and bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.    芝士放在表面180°C烘20-30分钟。
