I got a tube of cream cheese in my fridge which will expired on May. I searched for the easiest recipe which no baking needed, and I found this recipe~ Tiramisu. Tiramisu usually has egg, sugar and mascarpone cheese whipped into custard, and layered with ladyfingers dipped with coffee and rum. But the recipe I found is not using egg and rum, and I used cream cheese instead of the mascarpone.
Ingredients
Cream
- 250g of cream cheese 250 克奶油乳酪
- 25g of icing sugar 25 克糖粉
- 200g of non-dairy whipping cream 200 克植物性鲜奶油
- 1/4 teaspoon of coffee powder 1/4 茶匙咖啡粉
Crust
- 1 table spoon of coffee powder 1 汤匙咖啡粉
- 50ml of hot water 50 毫升热水
- 14pcs of cream crackers 14 片苏打饼

Cream
- Add the coffee powder into the non-dairy whipping cream, then whisk to soft peak with electric mixer. 咖啡粉倒入植物性鲜奶油用搅拌机打至软性发泡。
- Hand whisk the cream cheese to smooth, mix with the icing sugar thoroughly. 手拌奶油乳酪至光滑乳霜状,加入糖粉拌匀。
- Mix the cream cheese and the whipping cream, stir well. 把打发鲜奶油和奶油乳酪混合均匀备用。
Crust
- Mix the coffee powder and the hot water, stir well. 咖啡粉和热水搅匀。
- Soak the cream cracker into the coffee for a while. 苏打饼浸入咖啡一会取出备用。
Assemble
- Place a layer of crust (soaked cream cracker) in the container, then a layer of cream. Another layer of crust and a layer of cream on top. 容器排一层泡过咖啡的苏打饼,上面铺一层鲜奶油乳酪馅;然后再排上一层苏打饼,最后铺上一层鲜奶油乳酪馅。
- Cover with a plastic wrap/lid, keep in fridge overnight. 盖上一层保鲜膜或盖子,冷藏一晚。
- Dust with cocoa powder when serving. 上桌时洒上一层可可粉。
