Bitter gourd (苦瓜) is a vegetable that Chinese used to cold down the body internally. It can be served in various ways, and I'm going to make noodle in bitter gourd soup.
Ingredients
- pork ribs 排骨
- red dates 红枣
- chinese wolf berries 枸杞
- bitter gourd 苦瓜
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- tomato 番茄
- rice vermicelli/mee suah 面线
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒粉
Steps
- Soak the red dates and chinese wolf berries into hot water until they soften enough. 红枣和枸杞浸热水泡软。
- Cut ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜好的大小。
- Make a pork ribs stock. 排骨熬成高汤。
- Then put in other ingredients. 加入其它材料。
- Season with wine, salt, pepper. 以酒、盐、胡椒调味。
