Chinese New Year Vegetarian Yu Shang

Yu Shang (鱼生) is a must-have menu during Chinese New Year. It consists strips of raw fish, various shredded vegetables, crunchy crisps (卜脆), sauce, toasted sesame, ground toasted peanuts and so on. We then toss and mix all the ingredient, while shouting various "auspicious wishes".
This year I wanted to have a simple and healthier (no artificial color in specific) Yu Shang at home. So I made this recipe myself, by the way you can substitute with any vegetable of course.

Pineapple Tart

My favorite CNY cookies~~Pineapple tart. I really love them because of the sweet- sour taste filling coated with tender and buttery outer crust. But it's quite expensive to buy, thus I decided to make them myself this year.
