Most of my menus are vegetable lately but this is impossible for my son. So I have to make 2 types of burger patties: meat for my son, vege is for me while my hubby will join both in his hamburger.
Ingredients
Meat Burger Patties
- minced meat 猪肉(绞碎)
- chopped onion 葱末
- chopped garlic 蒜末
- chopped chive 韭菜末
- black pepper 胡椒粉
- oyster sauce 蚝油
- light soy sauce 酱油
- sesame oil 麻油
- corn flour 玉米粉
Vege Burger Patties
- chopped onion 葱末
- chopped garlic 蒜末
- chopped carrot 胡萝卜末
- tofu 豆腐
- chopped garlic leaves 蒜叶末
- breadcrumb 面包糠
- black pepper 胡椒粉
- light soy sauce 酱油
Others
- bacon 熏肉
- toast 吐司
- sliced cheese 片状芝士
- butter/ margarine 牛油/黄油
- sliced tomato 番茄片
- mayonnaise 美奶滋
- alfafa & radish sprouts 苜蓿芽和萝卜芽
Steps
Meat Burger Patties
- Place the minced meat, garlic, onion, chives, oyster sauce, pepper, light soy sauce into a bowl. Mix until well combined. Lift up the and throw into the bowl several times until the mixture turns sticky. Set in the fridge for an hour. 將绞肉、蒜、葱、韭菜、蚝油、胡椒, 酱油混合均匀。把肉团拎起复抛在碗里数次直到起胶。冷藏1小时。
- Move the mixture out from the fridge, mix with sesame oil and corn flour and stir well.
- Heat up the pan with butter/margarine Place the burger mold in the middle. Scoop the mixture into the mold, and pan fry until both sides turn to golden brown. 烧热锅加些食油。把肉饼模置中间。舀些肉团入模内煎至两面金黄。
Vege Burger Patties
- Place all the ingredients (except breadcrumb) into a bowl. Well stir and squeeze the excess liquid if any. Add breadcrumb little by little until you able to combine them all in a ball. Set in the fridge for an hour 將所有材料(除了面包糠)混合均匀,如有多余水份把它挤掉。慢慢加入面包糠拌匀直到能揉成球状。冷藏1小时。
- Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Place the burger mold in the middle. Scoop the mixture into the mold, and pan fry until both sides turn to golden brown. 烧热锅加些食油。把肉饼模置中间。舀些步骤(1)入模内煎至两面金黄。
Assemble
- Cut the toast with the burger mold. Spread some butter/margarine then toast with a dry pan. 用肉饼模把吐司切出圆片状。扫上牛油/黄油再以干净的锅烙至稍稍金黄色。
- Sandwich the patties with toast, bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, tomato, alfafa & radish sprouts. 肉饼/素肉饼夹在烙好的吐司,熏肉、芝士,美奶滋、番茄、苜蓿芽和萝卜芽之间。
