A brinjal salad coated with home made sesame sauce, rich in nutty aroma with sweet salty taste.
Ingredients
- brinjal 茄子
- sesame 芝麻
- peanut butter 花生酱
- sesame oil 麻油
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- sugar 糖
Steps
- Cut the brinjal into desire size. 茄子切成喜欢的大小。
- Blanch the brinjal to cooked. 把茄子川烫至熟。
- Grind the sesame. 磨碎芝麻。
- Place the peanut butter, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, ground sesame into a bowl and well stir. 花生酱、寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋、麻油、糖和芝麻末放一碗里搅匀。
- Coat the brinjal with the sesame sauce. 茄子裹上芝麻酱即可。
