Spinach Noodle in Vegetable Soup



A noodle made from spinach serve in vegetable soup, fresh and nice to taste.

Ingredients

  • spinach noodle    菠菜面
  • chopped garlic    蒜末
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • daikon radish     白萝卜
  • cabbage     包菜
  • dried black fungus    木耳
  • bean curd sheet    腐竹
  • konnyaku    蝴蝶结
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • rice/ginger wine    姜酒/米酒
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • cornflour    玉米粉        
  • plain water    清水

  Steps 

  1. Soak the dried black fungus and bean curd sheet into water until they soften enough.    木耳和腐竹浸水泡软。
  2. Cut ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜好的大小。
  3. Saute the garlic with sesame oil.    用麻油爆香蒜末。   
  4. Then follow by other ingredients and stir fry. Pour in plain water and bring to boil.      所有材料加入兜炒,加水煮滚
  5. Season with light soy sauce, wine, salt, pepper.    以酱油、酒、盐、胡椒调味。
  6. Thicken the vegetable soup with corn flour + water mixture.    菜汤打芡。
  7. Place the noodle into a pot of boiling water and blench for few minutes.    川烫菠菜面数分钟至熟。
  8. Serve the noodle with the thicken vegetable soup in a bowl.    面和菜汤放入一碗里上桌。
