A noodle made from spinach serve in vegetable soup, fresh and nice to taste.
Ingredients
- spinach noodle 菠菜面
- chopped garlic 蒜末
- carrot 胡萝卜
- daikon radish 白萝卜
- cabbage 包菜
- dried black fungus 木耳
- bean curd sheet 腐竹
- konnyaku 蝴蝶结
- sesame oil 麻油
- rice/ginger wine 姜酒/米酒
- light soy sauce 酱油
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒粉
- cornflour 玉米粉
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Soak the dried black fungus and bean curd sheet into water until they soften enough. 木耳和腐竹浸水泡软。
- Cut ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜好的大小。
- Saute the garlic with sesame oil. 用麻油爆香蒜末。
- Then follow by other ingredients and stir fry. Pour in plain water and bring to boil. 所有材料加入兜炒,加水煮滚。
- Season with light soy sauce, wine, salt, pepper. 以酱油、酒、盐、胡椒调味。
- Thicken the vegetable soup with corn flour + water mixture. 菜汤打芡。
- Place the noodle into a pot of boiling water and blench for few minutes. 川烫菠菜面数分钟至熟。
- Serve the noodle with the thicken vegetable soup in a bowl. 面和菜汤放入一碗里上桌。
