Multigrain Sushi Roll



Another simple Japanese cuisine using multigrain. **Sorry if the sushi doesn't look nice since I'm lack of skill. Anyway I'll try to improve it one day ya.....

Ingredients

  • sliced carrot    胡萝卜丝
  • sliced cucumber    黄瓜丝
  • sliced capsicum    灯笼辣椒丝
  • sliced daikon  radish   白萝卜丝
  • multi-grain rice    五壳米
  • salt    盐
  • sugar    糖
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • Seaweed/Nori    寿司用紫菜
  • ground sesame    芝麻末
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋    

Steps 

  1. Cook the multi-grain rice according to the instruction given. Then mix with sushi rice vinegar, salt and sugar. Stir gently.    依照包装上指示煮好五壳米饭,再把饭与寿司醋、盐、糖拌好。
  2. Spread the multi-grain rice on a sheet of Nori. Place the carrot, cucumber, daikon radish and capsicum on the rice. Squeeze some mayonnaise and sprinkle ground sesame on top.     把五壳寿司饭覆盖在紫菜上。上面放些胡萝卜丝、黄瓜丝、白萝卜丝和灯笼辣椒丝。挤上美奶滋和洒上芝麻末。    
  3. Roll the Nori into a tube. Cut into pieces. Serve them with sushi/sashimi soy sauce and wasabi.    然后把紫菜卷成条状然后切片。吃时沾寿司/刺身酱油和芥末。
