Multigrain and Sweet Potato Dessert



A dessert using multigrain, more fibre, nutrition and sweet too....

Ingredients

  • multi-grain rice    五壳米
  • diced sweet potato    蕃薯叮
  • cane sugar    蔗糖

Steps 

  1. Place the multi-grain rice and sweet potato into a pot of water and bring to boil. Cook the multi-grain rice and sweet potato until both turn soften. Add the cane sugar and cook until dissolved.    将五壳米和蕃薯叮放入一锅水煮滚。继续煮至米和蕃薯变软。加入蔗糖煮至融化。
