Vegetable Curry



I miss the curry so much. Thus I'm making a vegetable curry by using instant curry powder.

Ingredients

  • gobo/greater burdock    牛蒡
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • cauliflower    包菜花
  • brocolli    西兰花
  • cabbage    包菜
  • bean curd puff   豆腐卜
  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • brinjal/eggplant    茄子
  • bean curd sheet    腐竹
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    蒜 
  • curry powder    咖哩粉
  • coconut milk    椰浆
  • plain water    清水
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒

  Steps 

  1. Soak the bean curd sheet into water to soften.    腐竹泡水浸软。
  2. Diced the onion and garlic.    洋葱和蒜切叮。
  3. Cut the other ingredients into desire size.    其他材料切成喜欢的大小。
  4. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic.   以菜油烧热锅,再爆香葱和蒜。
  5. Add the curry powder and stir fried until fragranted.    加入咖哩粉炒香。 
  6. Put in the pumpkins, stir well. Add the plain water and cook till half-soften.    倒入南瓜兜下。加水煮至半软。
  7. Then follow by other ingredients.    然后加入其余的材料。
  8. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to boil. Season with some salt and pepper.   倒入椰浆煮滚。放盐和胡椒调味。
