Ingredients
- bacon 熏肉
- cabbage 包菜
- kailan/chinese broccoli 芥兰
- celery 西芹
- bean curd sheet 腐竹
- bean curd puff 豆腐卜
- udon noodle 乌冬面
- garlic 蒜
- fish sauce 鱼露
- light soy sauce 酱油
- corn flour 玉米粉
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒粉
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Soak the bean curd sheet into water until they soften enough. 腐竹浸水泡软。
- Cut ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜好的大小。
- Saute the bacon, then the garlic to fragrant. 爆香熏肉,蒜。
- Then put in other ingredients. 加入其它材料。
- Add some plain water, stir well with other ingredients and cook thoroughly. 加清水,与其它材料兜匀煮熟。
- Season with fish sauce, light soy sauce, salt, pepper. Thicken the sauce with corn flour+a little water. 以鱼露、酱油、盐、胡椒调味,然后打芡。
