Udon Noodle in Thick Sauce


This is one of the best ways to clean up the stocked vegetable in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • bacon    熏肉
  • cabbage    包菜
  • kailan/chinese broccoli     
  • celery     西芹
  • bean curd sheet     腐竹
  • bean curd puff    豆腐卜
  • udon noodle    乌冬面
  • garlic    
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • corn flour    玉米粉
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • plain water    清水

  Steps 

  1. Soak the bean curd sheet into water until they soften enough.    腐竹浸水泡软。
  2. Cut ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜好的大小。
  3. Saute the bacon, then the garlic to fragrant.     爆香熏肉,蒜。
  4. Then put in other ingredients.    加入其它材料。
  5. Add some plain water, stir well with other ingredients and cook thoroughly.    加清水,与其它材料兜匀煮熟。 
  6. Season with fish sauce, light soy sauce, salt, pepper. Thicken the sauce with corn flour+a little water.    以鱼露、酱油、盐、胡椒调味,然后打芡。
