Creamy Mushroom Potato Soup & Garlic Toast


Have a try on creamy home made mushroom soup which I didn't use any flour

Ingredients

Mushroom Soup

  • button mushroom    蘑菇
  • potato    马铃薯
  • butter/margarine    牛油/黄油
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • milk    牛奶
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • oregano    牛至
  • plain water    清水

Garlic Toast

  • toast    吐司
  • garlic    
  • margarine/butter    黄油/牛油
  • oregano    牛至

Steps 

Mushroom Soup

  1. Diced the potato and boil to tender. Drain the potato and keep the water for later usage.    马铃薯切叮用水煮软取出,煮马铃薯的水留着备用。 
  2. Sliced the mushroom. Chopped the onion and garlic.   蘑菇切片。洋葱和蒜切末。
  3. Heat up a pan and melt the butter/margarine. Saute the onion and garlic.     用牛油/黄油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  4. Put in the mushroom and stir fried a little while.    加入蘑菇炒匀。
  5. Then add the potato and the water saved previously in step (1). Bring to boil.    倒入马铃薯和步骤(1)的马铃薯水,煮至滚。
  6. Off the heat and leave cold down a bit. Blend to fine puree.    熄火后,让它稍微冷却然后用果汁机打成细泥。
  7. Pour into the pan again and heat up the puree.    倒入锅再煮热。
  8. Add the milk bit by bit, and well mix with the puree. The puree will turn into creamy soup.    逐次加入牛奶, 务必与蘑菇马铃薯泥混合均匀。混合物慢慢变成蘑菇浓汤。  
  9. Season with salt, pepper, oregano.    以盐、胡椒,牛至调味。

Garlic Breadsticks

  1. Chopped the garlic finely. Place the chopped garlic, butter/margarine and oregano into a bowl and stir evenly.    蒜切细末,然后加进牛油/黄油和牛至混合一起。   
  2. Spread the mixture on the bread.    把蒜末混合物涂在吐司上。
  3. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.    以180°C烘10-15分钟。
