Steam Salmon, Tofu & Sweet Potato Cellophane


A simple way to have all nutrition in one plate.

Ingredients

  • sweet potato cellophane     蕃薯冬粉
  • salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • tofu    豆腐
  • tomato    番茄
  • enokitake     金针菇
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • rice/ginger wine    米/姜酒
  • salt    
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • plain water    清水

Steps 

  1. Boil the sweet potato cellophane until tender. Wash under running water to wash away the starch.    蕃薯冬粉用滚水煮软。然后在流水下洗掉粘液。
  2. Sliced the ginger and chopped the garlic. Cut other ingredients into desire size.    姜切丝,蒜切末。其它材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Heat up the pan with sesame oil. Saute the ginger and garlic to fragrant.    热锅倒入麻油爆香姜丝和蒜。
  4. Put in the tomato and stir fried a little while. Add some water to boil. Season with light soy sauce, pepper, wine, salt.     加入番茄炒一会儿,加少许水煮滚。用酱油、胡椒、酒、盐调味。
  5. Layer the plate with cellophane at the bottom, then enokitake. Follow by the tofu. Finally the salmon on the top.     盘里铺一层冬粉,然后金针菇。接着豆腐,然后三文鱼在上面。
  6. Pour the tomato dressing from step (4) above the salmon.    将步骤(4)的酱汁淋在三文鱼上。
  7. Steam for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.    蒸约20分钟或直到鱼蒸熟为止。
