Vegetable in Green Curry



Last pack of green curry paste from Bangkok. Really hot and spicy.

Ingredients

  • bean curd sheet    腐竹
  • potato   马铃薯
  • brinjal    茄子
  • sweet corn kernel     玉米粒
  • button mushroom    蘑菇
  • lemon grass    香茅
  • milk    牛奶
  • ginger    
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • lime leaf    酸柑叶
  • instant green curry paste    速食青咖哩酱
  • fish sauce    鱼露

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the ginger, onion and garlic.    热锅放油爆香姜、洋葱和蒜。
  3. Add in a little milk. Toss in the green curry paste and stir fry to fragrant.    加少许奶,倒入青咖哩酱炒香。
  4. Toss in the potato, brinjal and cook to tender.    倒入马铃薯和茄子煮软。
  5. Then put in the balance milk, bean curd sheet, mushroom, sweet corn, lemon grass and lime leaf.    再加入剩余的奶、腐竹、菇、玉米、香茅和酸柑叶。
  6. Season with fish sauce.    以鱼露调味。
