Last pack of green curry paste from Bangkok. Really hot and spicy.
Ingredients
- bean curd sheet 腐竹
- potato 马铃薯
- brinjal 茄子
- sweet corn kernel 玉米粒
- button mushroom 蘑菇
- lemon grass 香茅
- milk 牛奶
- ginger 姜
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- lime leaf 酸柑叶
- instant green curry paste 速食青咖哩酱
- fish sauce 鱼露
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the ginger, onion and garlic. 热锅放油爆香姜、洋葱和蒜。
- Add in a little milk. Toss in the green curry paste and stir fry to fragrant. 加少许奶,倒入青咖哩酱炒香。
- Toss in the potato, brinjal and cook to tender. 倒入马铃薯和茄子煮软。
- Then put in the balance milk, bean curd sheet, mushroom, sweet corn, lemon grass and lime leaf. 再加入剩余的奶、腐竹、菇、玉米、香茅和酸柑叶。
- Season with fish sauce. 以鱼露调味。
