Tuna & Mushroom & Sweet Corn Pizza (Bread Maker Kneading)



Few attempts with frozen instant pastry as pizza base make me bored. So I'm going to make my very home-made pizza dough today. To free myself from messing up the kitchen, the handy bread maker kneads and proofs the dough instead of my own hands.

Ingredients (The quantity is enough for 2 regular pizzas)

Dough 

  • 2 cups of high-protein  flour    2 杯高筋面粉
  • 2 tea spoon of custard sugar    2 茶匙砂糖
  • 1 tea spoon salt    1 茶匙盐
  • 1 tea spoon  of instant yeast    1 茶匙速溶酵母
  • 3/4 cup of warm water    3/4 杯温水
  • 1 table spoon of cooking oil    1 汤匙菜油

Topping

  • tuna flakes    吞拿肉碎
  • button mushroom    蘑菇
  • sweet corn kernel    玉米粒
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese    车打芝士和披萨芝士
  • oregano    牛至
  • canned tomato puree    罐头番茄泥    
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒

Steps 

  1. Place the cooking oil, water, sugar, salt into the bread pan, then follow by flour and yeast on most top. To avoid the yeast been 'killed' by the salt,  make sure they are separated by a layer of flour.    油、水、糖、盐倒入面包机烤盘里, 接着放粉,最表面放酵母。盐和酵母之间用粉隔开以免酵母直接接触盐而失效。
  2. Then choose 'Dough' mode and start. My machine took 20 minutes to knead and 70 minutes to proof.接着选‘Dough'程式后启动。我的面包机20分钟搓70分钟发酵。
  3. Move the dough out from the bread pan. Knead the dough to remove the trapped air.   把面团取出排气
  4. Cut the dough into 2 equal parts and roll into balls. Rest for 15 minutes. If you happen to use 1 only, keep the balance in a zip bag and put into the freezer.    把面团分2份,再滚成2个球状。休面15分钟。如果只用一份,另一份放进密封袋进冰格冷藏
  5. While resting, mix the tuna, mushroom, sweet corn, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, oregano thoroughly as topping ingredients.    休面当中,把吞拿、蘑菇、玉米粒、美奶滋、盐、胡椒、牛至混合均匀既是馅料。
  6. Roll out the dough and place it in the baking tray. Use a fork to make holes on the surface.   面团杆平,置入烤盘。用叉子刺洞洞。
  7. Spread the tomato puree on surface.      表面涂上番茄泥。
  8. Put a layer of cheddar cheese. Follow by a layer of topping ingredients. Spread the mozzarella cheese on top.    放一层车打芝士,接着一层馅料。最后撒上披萨芝士。   
  9. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve while it's  hot.    180°C烤20分钟趁热吃哦!
