A healthier fried rice for the day.
Ingredients
- multi-grains rice 五壳米
- garlic 蒜
- onion 洋葱
- egg 蛋
- pumpkin 南瓜
- button mushroom 蘑菇
- fish sauce 鱼露
- sesame oil 麻油
- pepper 胡椒
- light soy sauce 酱油
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料依喜好切小块。
- Steam the pumpkin to half tender. 把南瓜蒸至半熟。
- Cook the multi-grains rice according to the instruction given. 五壳米依照指示煮成饭。
- Heat up the pan with a little cooking oil. Saute the onion, garlic. 烧热锅再加油爆香洋葱、蒜。
- Add the pumpkin and mushroom into the pan. Stir well. 加入南瓜和蘑菇炒匀。
- Add in the cooked multi-grains rice, mix thoroughly. 倒入五壳米饭兜匀。
- Season with fish sauce, pepper, sesame oil and light soy sauce. 以鱼露、胡椒、麻油和酱油调味。
