Pumpkin Mushroom Fried Rice


A healthier fried rice for the day.

Ingredients

  • multi-grains rice    五壳米
  • garlic    
  • onion    洋葱
  • egg    
  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • button mushroom    蘑菇
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • pepper   胡椒
  • light soy sauce    酱油

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.     把材料依喜好切小块。
  2. Steam the pumpkin to half tender.    把南瓜蒸至半熟。
  3. Cook the multi-grains rice according to the instruction given.    五壳米依照指示煮成饭。
  4. Heat up the pan with a little cooking oil. Saute the onion, garlic.    烧热锅再加油爆香洋葱、蒜。
  5. Add the pumpkin and mushroom into the pan. Stir well.   加入南瓜和蘑菇炒匀。
  6. Add in the cooked multi-grains rice, mix thoroughly.    倒入五壳米饭兜匀。    
  7. Season with fish sauce, pepper, sesame oil and light soy sauce.    以鱼露、胡椒、麻油和酱油调味。
