Ingredients
- white rice 白飯
- tofu 豆腐
- sweet corn kernel 玉米粒
- dried black fungus 木耳
- dried mushroom 冬菇
- light soy sauce 酱油
- corn flour 玉米粉
- sesame oil 麻油
- pepper 胡椒
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Soak the dried black fungus and dried mushroom into water until they soften enough. 木耳和冬菇浸水泡软。
- Mix the light soy sauce, corn flour, sesame oil, pepper and water thoroughly. Set aside. 把酱油,玉米粉,麻油,胡椒和水拌匀备用。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Stir fried the dried black fungus, mushroom and sweet corn kernel. 炒香木耳,冬菇和玉米粒。
- Add in the tofu. Stir well. 倒入豆腐一起兜勻。
- Season with step (1). 以步骤(1)調味。
- Lastly, place the tofu surrounding the white rice. 最后,把豆腐淋在白饭的四周。
