Egg noodle (wantan noodle) in creamy gravy.
Ingredients
- carrot 胡萝卜
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- cauliflower 包菜花
- broccoli 西兰花
- enokitake 金针菇
- chicken fillet 鸡柳
- garlic 蒜
- egg/wantan noodle 云吞面
- cornflour 玉米粉
- sesame oil 麻油
- pepper 胡椒
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- salt 盐
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Boil the chicken fillet in a pot of water to cooked. Shred it. 鸡柳入锅用水煮熟,弄成鸡肉丝。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Boil a pot of water. Pour in the noodle and cook to tender. Drain the nooodle. 面条用开水煮软隔水。
- Saute the garlic. Then add the vegetables and stir fry. 爆香蒜,然后加入其余蔬菜兜允。
- Pour some water in and cook a little while. 加入水煮一会儿。
- Place the noodle in and stir well. Pour in the cornflour mixture (cornflour mix well with the plain water). 加入面条拌匀,打芡(玉米粉加水混合)。
- Season with salt, sesame oil, pepper and wine. 以盐、麻油、胡椒和酒调味。
