Ingredients
- tortilla 卷饼皮
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- garlic 蒜
- lettuce 生菜
- pepper 胡椒
- dark soy sauce 黑醬油
- light soy sauce 酱油
- sesame oil 麻油
Steps
- Chopped the garlic. 蒜切末。
- Cut the other vegetables into desire size. 其它蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
- Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the garlic. 烧热锅加少许油,爆香蒜。
- Toss in the gobo and stir fried, pour in a little bit of water and cook to tender. 倒入牛蒡炒一下,加少许水煮至软身。
- Toss in the bunapishimeji and stir fried. 然后加白玉菇兜炒。
- Season with dark soy sauce,light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil. 以黑醬油,酱油、胡椒、麻油调味。
- Place the gobo, bunapishimeji, and the lettuce on the tortilla. Roll the tortilla. 饼皮摆上牛蒡、白玉菇和生菜卷起。
