Wrap filled with Gobo & Bunapishimeji


Is time to wrap my lunch...

Ingredients

  • tortilla    卷饼皮
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • gobo/greater burdock    牛蒡
  • garlic   
  • lettuce    生菜
  • pepper    胡椒
  • dark soy sauce    黑醬油
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • sesame oil    麻油

Steps 

  1. Chopped the garlic.    蒜切末。
  2. Cut the other vegetables into desire size.    其它蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
  3. Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the garlic.    烧热锅加少许油,爆香蒜。
  4. Toss in the gobo and stir fried, pour in a little bit of water and cook to tender.    倒入牛蒡炒一下,加少许水煮至软身。
  5. Toss in the bunapishimeji and stir fried.    然后加白玉菇兜炒。
  6. Season with dark soy sauce,light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil.    黑醬油,酱油、胡椒、麻油调味。
  7. Place the gobo, bunapishimeji, and the lettuce on the tortilla. Roll the tortilla.    饼皮摆上牛蒡、白玉菇和生菜卷起。
