Ingredients
- sweet potato cellophane 蕃薯冬粉
- frillice iceberg 菲力生菜
- tofu 豆腐
- enokitake 金针菇
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- miso paste 味噌
Steps
- Boil the sweet potato cellophane until tender. Wash under running water to wash away the starch. 蕃薯冬粉用滚水煮软。然后在流水下洗掉粘液。
- Cut the vegetables into desire size. 蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
- Layer the frillice iceberg in a bowl. 把菲力生菜排在一碗里。
- Pour the dried scallop broth into a pot and bring to boil. 干贝高汤倒入锅里煮开。
- Place the enokitake, sweet potato cellophane and tofu into the boiling soup. 把金针菇、蕃薯冬粉和豆腐放入汤煮。
- Season the soup with miso paste, then pour into the bowl from step (3). 用味噌调味,然后倒入步骤(3)的碗里。
