Tofu & Cellophane Noodle in Miso Soup



High nutrition but low cholesterol, refreshing....

Ingredients

  • sweet potato cellophane     蕃薯冬粉
  • frillice iceberg    菲力生菜
  • tofu    豆腐
  • enokitake     金针菇
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤
  • miso paste    味噌

 Steps 

  1. Boil the sweet potato cellophane until tender. Wash under running water to wash away the starch.    蕃薯冬粉用滚水煮软。然后在流水下洗掉粘液。
  2. Cut the vegetables into desire size.    蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Layer the frillice iceberg in a bowl.    把菲力生菜排在一碗里。
  4. Pour the dried scallop broth into a pot and bring to boil.    干贝高汤倒入锅里煮开。
  5. Place the enokitake, sweet potato cellophane and tofu into the boiling soup.    把金针菇、蕃薯冬粉和豆腐放入汤煮。
  6. Season the soup with miso paste, then pour into the bowl from step (3).    用味噌调味,然后倒入步骤(3)的碗里。
