Have a pot of steaming hot noodle in a raining day.
Ingredients
- sweet potato cellophane 蕃薯冬粉
- cabbage 包菜
- salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- carrot 胡萝卜
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- enokitake 金针菇
- garlic 蒜
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- miso paste 味噌
- sesame oil 麻油
Steps
- Boil the sweet potato cellophane until tender. Wash under running water to wash away the starch. 蕃薯冬粉用滚水煮软。然后在流水下洗掉粘液。
- Cut the vegetables into desire size. 蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
- Pan fried the salmon fillet and cut into smaller pieces. 三文鱼柳煎香切小片。
- Pour the dried scallop broth into the claypot and bring to boil. 干贝高汤倒入瓦煲里煮开。
- Place the vegetables, cellophane noodle, fish into the boiling soup, on the claypot lid and cook until tender. 把蔬菜,蕃薯冬粉,鱼放入汤煮。盖上瓦煲盖煮至软。
- Season the soup with miso. Off the heat. 用味噌调味,熄火。
- Heat up a pan with sesame oil. Saute the garlic. Then pour into the claypot and stir well. It is ready to serve now. 另烧热锅倒入麻油,爆香蒜;然后全部倒入瓦煲里与其它材料混匀即可。
