Cooling Salad in Sesame Dressing


Just toss in the fresh ingredient you preferred, mix them up with some sesame dressing. Nice and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • frillice iceberg    菲力生菜
  • cucumber     黄瓜
  • tomato     番茄
  • bread   面包
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • Dijon mustard    法式第戎芥末醬
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • sugar    
  • Cayenne pepper powder    辣椒粉
  • sesame    芝麻
  • unshelled and skinless peanut    去壳去衣花生
  • pepper    胡椒

  Steps 

  1. Roast the sesame and peanut to golden brown. Grind the peanut.    芝麻和花生烘成金黄色,花生磨碎。
  2. Toast the bread to brown and crunchy, cut into smaller pieces.    面包烘至金黄松脆,切小片待用。 
  3. Well mix the sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, Cayenne pepper powder, pepper, the sesame and peanut. The hot creamy sesame dressing is done.    把芝麻油、醋、酱油法式第戎芥末醬美奶滋、糖辣椒粉、胡椒、芝麻和磨碎的花生全部混合均匀成表面光滑的辣味芝麻酱
  4. Cut the vegetables into desire size.    把蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
  5. Mix the vegetables, bread and the sesame dressing thoroughly.     蔬菜、面包和芝麻酱混合均匀。
