Just toss in the fresh ingredient you preferred, mix them up with some sesame dressing. Nice and refreshing.

- frillice iceberg 菲力生菜
- cucumber 黄瓜
- tomato 番茄
- bread 面包
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- sesame oil 麻油
- Dijon mustard 法式第戎芥末醬
- mayonnaise 美奶滋
- sugar 糖
- Cayenne pepper powder 辣椒粉
- sesame 芝麻
- unshelled and skinless peanut 去壳去衣花生
- pepper 胡椒
Steps
- Roast the sesame and peanut to golden brown. Grind the peanut. 芝麻和花生烘成金黄色,花生磨碎。
- Toast the bread to brown and crunchy, cut into smaller pieces. 面包烘至金黄松脆,切小片待用。
- Well mix the sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, Cayenne pepper powder, pepper, the sesame and peanut. The hot creamy sesame dressing is done. 把芝麻油、醋、酱油、法式第戎芥末醬、美奶滋、糖、辣椒粉、胡椒、芝麻和磨碎的花生全部混合均匀成表面光滑的辣味芝麻酱。
- Cut the vegetables into desire size. 把蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
- Mix the vegetables, bread and the sesame dressing thoroughly. 蔬菜、面包和芝麻酱混合均匀。
