Baked sardine spring rolls with sweet & spicy coating.
Ingredients
- canned sardine in tomato sauce 罐头茄汁沙丁鱼
- garlic 蒜米
- onion 洋葱
- spring roll pastry 薄饼皮
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒
- sugar 糖
- Thai sweet chili sauce 泰式甜辣椒酱
Steps
- Chopped the onion and garlic. 洋葱和蒜切末。
- Mix the onion and garlic with sardine. Then season with salt, pepper and sugar. 洋葱,蒜和沙丁鱼混合均匀。然后用盐,胡椒和糖调味。
- Place some sardine filling into the middle of spring roll pastry. Fold both sides to the middle then roll up. 把一些沙丁鱼馅置在薄饼皮中央,两边向内折再卷起来。
- Brush a little oil to the roll's surface. Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Spread some Thai sweet chili sauce to the roll's surface and bake for little while. 薄饼表面扫上少许油。以200°C烘约15-20分钟或转金黄色。最后涂上一层泰式甜辣椒酱再烘一会儿即可。
