Sweet & Spicy Sardine Spring Roll







Baked sardine spring rolls with sweet & spicy coating.

Ingredients

  • canned sardine in tomato sauce    罐头茄汁沙丁鱼
  • garlic    蒜米
  • onion    洋葱
  • spring roll pastry    薄饼皮
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒
  • sugar   
  • Thai sweet chili sauce    泰式甜辣椒酱

Steps 

  1. Chopped the onion and garlic.    洋葱和蒜切末。
  2. Mix the onion and garlic with sardine. Then season with salt, pepper and sugar.   洋葱,蒜和沙丁鱼混合均匀。然后用盐,胡椒和糖调味。
  3. Place some sardine filling into the middle of spring roll pastry. Fold both sides to the middle then roll up.    把一些沙丁鱼馅在薄饼皮中央,两边向内折再卷起来
  4. Brush a little oil to the roll's surface. Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Spread some Thai sweet chili  sauce to the roll's surface and bake for little while.    薄饼表面扫上少许油。以200°C烘约15-20分钟或转金黄色。最后涂上一层泰式甜辣椒酱再烘一会儿即可。
