Spicy Egg Noodle (Wantan Mee)







Egg noodle (wantan noodle) in kicking hot flavour.

Ingredients

  • bean sprout    豆芽
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • gobo/greater burdock    牛蒡
  • garlic    
  • onion    洋葱 
  • egg/wantan noodle    云吞面
  • curry powder    咖哩粉
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • plain water    清水




Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Boil a pot of water. Pour in the noodle and cook to tender. Drain the nooodle.    面条用开水煮软隔水
  3. Saute the onion and garlic.    下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  4. Add the curry powder and stir fried to fragrant.    然后加入咖哩粉炒香。
  5. Then add the vegetables and stir fry.    加入其余蔬菜兜允。
  6. Pour some water in and cook a little while.    加入少许水煮一会儿。
  7. Place the noodle in and stir well.    加入面条拌匀。
  8. Season with fish sauce.    以鱼露调味。
