Egg noodle (wantan noodle) in kicking hot flavour.
Ingredients
- bean sprout 豆芽
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- pumpkin 南瓜
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- garlic 蒜
- onion 洋葱
- egg/wantan noodle 云吞面
- curry powder 咖哩粉
- fish sauce 鱼露
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Boil a pot of water. Pour in the noodle and cook to tender. Drain the nooodle. 面条用开水煮软隔水。
- Saute the onion and garlic. 下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Add the curry powder and stir fried to fragrant. 然后加入咖哩粉炒香。
- Then add the vegetables and stir fry. 加入其余蔬菜兜允。
- Pour some water in and cook a little while. 加入少许水煮一会儿。
- Place the noodle in and stir well. 加入面条拌匀。
- Season with fish sauce. 以鱼露调味。
