Pasta and Salmon in Mushroom Sauce







Pasta and salmon in my favourite creamy mushroom sauce. Yummy..

Ingredients

  • brinjal     茄子
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • cauliflower    包菜花
  • gobo/greater burdock    牛蒡
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • pasta    意粉
  • instant mushroom soup powder    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
  • hot water    热水
  • oreagano    牛至
  • salt    盐
  • pepper    胡椒




Steps 

  1. Pan fried the salmon fillet and cut into smaller pieces.    三文鱼柳煎香切小片。
  2. Cut other ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Cook the pasta with a pot of hot salt water to tender. Drain the pasta.    意粉用开水煮软隔水。
  4. Stir the instant mushroom soup powder into the hot water (just a small portion of water to ensure it's not too moist) and set aside.    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉倒入热水(水的份量少许就好以免太湿)备用。
  5. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic.    热锅下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  6. Put in the salmon and vegetables to cook.    三文鱼和其余蔬菜加入煮。
  7. Pour the mushroom soup from step (3) into the pan and stir well.    步骤(3)的蘑菇浓汤倒入锅里拌匀。
  8. Pour in the cooked pasta and stir well.    加入煮好的面条搅匀。
  9. Season with salt, pepper, oregano.    以盐、胡椒、牛至调味。
