A golden loaf for the breakfast.
Ingredients
- 250g of high-protein flour 250 克高筋面粉
- 200g of pumpkin puree 200 克南瓜泥
- 60ml of milk 60 毫升牛奶
- 1 egg (slightly beaten) 1 个蛋 (稍微打散)
- 30g of butter 30 克牛油
- 30g of custard sugar 30 克幼糖
- 1 tea spoon of instant yeast 1 茶匙速溶酵母
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder 1 茶匙泡打粉
- a touch of salt 适量盐
- some roasted pumpkin seeds 适量烤过的南瓜籽
Steps
- Place the pumpkin puree, egg, milk, sugar and salt into the bread pan, then follow by flour, baking powder, butter and yeast on most top. To avoid the yeast been 'killed' by the salt, make sure they are separated by a layer of flour. 南瓜泥、蛋、奶、糖、盐倒入烤盘里, 接着放高粉和泡打粉,最表面放牛油和酵母。盐和酵母之间用粉隔开以免酵母直接接触盐而失效。
- Choose the 'sweet' mode, 'light' color for the crust, '1lb' for the loaf size. 选‘sweet'程式, 面包上色 ‘light’,面包重量‘1lb' 。
- Press 'Start/Stop' button. Please add the pumpkin seeds according to the timing set by the bread maker. 按’Start/Stop'钮。依据各自面包机时间设定加入南瓜籽。
- Let the machine complete its mission automatically. 让面包机自动完成任务。
- Remove the bread pan from the machine. 烤盘取出。
- Use non-stick spatula to gently loosen the sides of the loaf from pan. 用不沾质料的刮刀弄松面包四周。
- Turn bread pan up-side down and shake gently until the loaf gets out from the pan. 烤盘倒转轻轻摇至面包脱离。
- Leave the loaf to cold and slice to serve. 面包放凉后切片享用。
