Ingredients
- Udon noodle 乌冬面
- maitake mushroom 舞茸/灰树花
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- dark soy sauce 黑醬油
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- light soy sauce 酱油
- pepper 胡椒
- corn flour 玉米粉
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Chop the onion and garlic. Cut other vegetables and salmon to desire size. 葱和蒜切末,其它蔬菜和鱼切成喜欢的大小。
- Blanch the udon noodle. 川汤面条备用。
- Heat up the pan with some oil. Sauté the onion and garlic a little while to enhance the aroma. Then toss in the fish, vegetable and noodle. Stir thoroughly. 爆香蒜和葱末,然后加入鱼、蔬菜和面。拌匀。
- Mix the corn flour with the water. 玉米粉加入水搅匀。
- Season with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, wine, pepper and stir evenly. Pour in the cornflour mixture to thicken the sauce. 加入黑酱油、酱油、酒和胡椒炒勻。加入玉米水打芡即可。
