Udon in Thick Soy Sauce



A simple dish for the lunch.

Ingredients

  • Udon noodle    乌冬面
  • maitake mushroom    舞茸/灰树花
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    蒜
  • salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • dark soy sauce    黑醬油
  • rice/ginger wine    米/姜酒
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • corn flour    玉米粉
  • plain water    清水




  Steps 

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut other vegetables and salmon to desire size.    葱和蒜切末,其它蔬菜和鱼切成喜欢的大小。 
  2. Blanch the udon noodle.    川汤面条备用。  
  3. Heat up the pan with some oil. Sauté the onion and garlic a little while to enhance the aroma. Then toss in the fish, vegetable and noodle. Stir thoroughly.     爆香蒜和葱末,然后加入鱼、蔬菜和面。拌匀。
  4. Mix the corn flour with the water.    玉米粉加入水搅匀。
  5. Season with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, wine, pepper and stir evenly. Pour in the cornflour mixture to thicken the sauce.    加入黑酱油、酱油、酒和胡椒炒勻。加入玉米水打芡即可。
