Ingredients
- sweet potato cellophane 蕃薯冬粉
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- butterhead lettuce 结球莴苣
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- sesame 芝麻
- unshelled and skinless peanut 去壳去衣花生
- sesame oil 麻油
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- sugar 糖
- Cayenne pepper powder 辣椒粉
Steps
- Roast the sesame and peanut. Grind the peanut. 烤香芝麻和花生。花生压碎。
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Toss in the sweet potato cellophane and cook to tender. Drain the cellophane and set aside. 烧开水,放入蕃薯冬粉煮软隔水备用。
- Cut the vegetables into desire size. 蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
- Now prepare the hot-kick wafu dressing: Place the sesame oil, sugar, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar, Cayenne pepper powder into a bowl and stir well. 现在准备麻辣和风酱;将麻油、糖、寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋、辣椒粉放一碗里拌匀。
- Place the vegetables, cellophane, sesame and peanut on a plate, mix thoroughly with wafu dressing. 把材料排在碟里,然后淋上麻辣和风酱拌匀即可。
