Ingredients
- white rice 白飯
- egg 蛋
- shredded roasted chicken 烤鸡肉丝
- sweet corn kernel 玉米粒
- diced carrot 胡蘿蔔叮
- light soy sauce 酱油
- fish sauce 鱼露
- sesame oil 麻油
- pepper 胡椒
Steps
- Fried the egg and cut slices. Set aside. 蛋煎熟切丝備用。
- Fried the diced carrot and sweet corn kernel. 炒玉米粒和胡蘿蔔叮。
- Add in the shredded chicken and the rice. Stir well. Pour the egg slices in. 倒入鸡肉丝和饭一起兜勻。加入蛋丝。
- Lastly, seasoning with light soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and pepper. 以酱油、鱼露、麻油和胡椒調味。
