Ingredients
- sweet corn 玉米
- seaweed/nori 寿司用紫菜
- konbu 昆布
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- tofu 豆腐
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- miso paste 味噌
- bonito flakes 柴鱼片
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the sweet corn, konbu, bunapishimeji, tofu in to cook. 把干贝高汤煮开。加入玉米、昆布、白玉菇、豆腐煮。
- Season with miso paste. 以味噌调味。
- Sprinkle the seaweed/nori and bonito flakes to the soup when serving. 味噌汤撒上紫菜和柴鱼片即可上桌。
