Tofu Sweet Corn Miso Soup


Miso soup, my perfect lunch.

Ingredients

  • sweet corn    玉米
  • seaweed/nori    寿司用紫菜
  • konbu    昆布
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • tofu    豆腐
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤
  • miso paste    味噌
  • bonito flakes    柴鱼片

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the sweet corn, konbu, bunapishimeji, tofu  in to cook.    把干贝高汤煮开。加入玉米、昆布、白玉菇、豆腐煮。
  3. Season with miso paste.    以味噌调味。
  4. Sprinkle the seaweed/nori and bonito flakes to the soup when serving.    味噌汤撒上紫菜和柴鱼片即可上桌。
