Ingredients
- udon noodle 乌冬面
- dried seaweed 紫菜(滚烫用的)
- konbu 昆布
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- tofu 豆腐
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- miso paste 味噌
- light soy sauce 酱油
Steps
- Soak the dried seaweed into water until tender. 紫菜浸水泡软。
- Blanch the udon noodle. 川汤面条备用。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the ingredients in to cook. 把干贝高汤煮开。加入所有材料煮。
- Season with miso paste, and light soy sauce. 以味噌、酱油调味。
