Udon in Miso Soup


Udon and some low cholesterol food for my lunch today.

Ingredients

  • udon noodle    乌冬面
  • dried seaweed   紫菜(滚烫用的)
  • konbu    昆布
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • tofu    豆腐
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤
  • miso paste    味噌
  • light soy sauce    酱油

Steps 

  1. Soak the dried seaweed into water until tender.    紫菜浸水泡软。
  2. Blanch the udon noodle.    川汤面条备用。  
  3. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  4. Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the ingredients in to cook.    把干贝高汤煮开。加入所有材料煮。
  5. Season with miso paste, and light soy sauce.    以味噌、酱油调味。
