Pumpkin noodle in thick gravy.
Ingredients
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- broccoli 西兰花
- amaranth 苋菜
- dried mushroom 冬菇
- garlic 蒜
- pumpkin noodle 南瓜面
- cornflour 玉米粉
- sesame oil 麻油
- ginger/rice wine 姜/米酒
- pepper 胡椒
- light soy sauce 酱油
- salt 盐
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Soak the dried mushroom into water until tender then drain. Keep the water for later use. 冬菇浸水泡软隔水。泡过的水留起来备用。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Boil a pot of water. Pour in the pumpkin noodle and cook to tender. Drain the noodle. 面条用开水煮软隔水。
- Saute the garlic. Then add the vegetables and stir fry. 爆香蒜,然后加入其余蔬菜兜 允。
- Add some plain water also the drained water from step (1). Cook the vegetables to tender. 加少许清水和步骤(1)的泡冬菇水。把蔬菜煮软。
- Place the noodle in and stir well. Pour in the cornflour mixture (cornflour mix well with the plain water). 加入面条拌匀,打芡(玉米粉加水混合)。
- Season with salt, light soy sauce, pepper, wine and sesame oil. 以盐、酱油、胡椒、酒和麻油调味。
