Ingredients
- brown rice mee hoon 糙米粉
- tomato 番茄
- bak-choy 小白菜
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- garlic 蒜
- ginger 姜
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- milk 牛奶
- sesame oil 麻油
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
Steps
- Soak the mee hoon into water to tender. 糙米粉浸水泡软。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Dried fry the salmon fillet without cooking oil. 干煎三文鱼柳。
- Heat up a pan with sesame oil. Saute the ginger and garlic. 烧热芝麻油,再爆香姜和蒜。
- Add the bak-choy, tomato, bunapishimeji and stir well. 加入小白菜、番茄、白玉菇兜允。
- Add in the broth and bring to boil. 加入高汤煮滚。
- Put in the fried salmon fillet. 放入煎好的鱼柳。
- Then pour the milk in, and season with salt, pepper and wine. 倒入牛奶,以盐、胡椒和酒调味。
