MeeHoon in Salmon FIsh Soup


Mee Hoon in whitish yet creamy fish soup, perfect match...

Ingredients

  • brown rice mee hoon   糙米粉
  • tomato   番茄
  • bak-choy     小白菜
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤
  • milk    牛奶
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • salt    盐
  • pepper    胡椒
  • rice/ginger wine    米/姜酒

Steps 

  1. Soak the mee hoon into water to tender.    糙米粉浸水泡软。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Dried fry the salmon fillet without cooking oil.    干煎三文鱼柳。
  4. Heat up a pan with sesame oil. Saute the ginger and garlic.    烧热芝麻油,再爆香姜和蒜。
  5. Add the bak-choy, tomato, bunapishimeji and stir well.    加入小白菜、番茄、白玉菇兜允。
  6. Add in the broth and bring to boil.    加入高汤煮滚。
  7. Put in the fried salmon fillet.    放入煎好的鱼柳。
  8. Then pour the milk in, and season with salt, pepper and wine.    倒入牛奶,以盐、胡椒和酒调味。
