Seaweed Miso Soup



A soup for the day.

Ingredients

  • iceberg lettuce    玻璃生菜
  • dried seaweed   紫菜(滚烫用的)
  • konbu    昆布
  • maitake mushroom    舞茸/灰树花
  • tofu    豆腐
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • anchovy broth    江鱼仔高汤
  • miso paste    味噌
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油

Steps 

  1. Soak the dried seaweed into water until tender.    紫菜浸水泡软。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Bring the anchovy broth to boil. Put the ingredients in to cook.    江鱼仔高汤煮开。加入其它材料煮。
  4. Season with miso paste, sushi/sashimi soy sauce.    以味噌、寿司/刺身酱油调味。
