Refreshing salad with creamy sesame dressing.
Ingredients
- iceberg lettuce 玻璃生菜
- steamed tofu 豆腐
- boiled egg 蛋
- miso paste 味噌
- sesame oil 麻油
- Dijon mustard 法式第戎芥末醬
- honey 蜜糖
- sesame 芝麻
- unshelled and skinless peanut 去壳去衣花生
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- mayonnaise 美奶滋
Steps
- Roast the sesame and peanut. Grind the peanut. 烤香芝麻和花生。花生压碎。
- Well mix the sesame oil, miso paste, sushi rice vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, sesame and ground peanut. The creamy sesame dressing is done. 把芝麻油、味噌、寿司醋、美奶滋、法式第戎芥末醬、蜜糖、芝麻、花生混合均匀成芝麻酱。
- Cut other ingredients into desire size. 把其余材料切成喜好的大小。
- Place them into a mixing bowl, and serve with sesame dressing. 然后把材料放入大碗里,淋上芝麻酱。
