My sister bought me a pack of Japanese curry cube from Daiso. I can't wait to have my first attempt on this recipe today.
Ingredients
- multi-grain rice 五壳米
- potato 马铃薯
- tomato 蕃茄
- button mushroom 蘑菇
- celery 西芹
- sweet potato leaves 蕃薯叶
- Japanese curry cube 日本咖哩块
- garlic 蒜
- onion 洋葱
- Salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Cook the multi-grain rice according to the instruction given. 依照包装上指示煮熟五壳米饭。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Heat up a pan with some cooking oil. 烧热锅下油。
- Saute the onion and garlic. Then add the potato and cook to tender. 爆香蒜和洋葱,然后加入马铃薯煮软。
- Follow by other vegetables and fish. 接着放入其它蔬菜和鱼。
- Pour in the water and bring to boil . 倒入清水煮开。
- Put the curry cube in and stir thoroughly. Cook few minutes until all ingredients are soft and tender. 放进咖哩快搅拌均匀,继续煮数分钟至所有材料变软
- Place the multi-grain rice on a plate, pour the curry on top of the rice. 把饭倒扣在碟里,淋上咖哩即可。
