Ingredients
- pasta 意粉
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- bean sprout 豆芽
- tomato 番茄
- lemon grass 香茅
- carrot 胡萝卜
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- instant tom yam paste 速食冬炎酱
- fish sauce 鱼露
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Cook the pasta with a pot of hot salt water to tender. Drain the pasta. 意粉用开水煮软隔水。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic. 热锅放油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Toss in the vegetables. 倒入蔬菜。
- Put in the pasta. 倒入意粉。
- Add the tom yam paste, stir well with the pasta and vegetables. 加入冬炎酱,与蔬菜和意粉混匀。
- Season with salt, pepper, fish sauce and sesame oil. 以鱼露调味。
