Fried Pasta in Tom Yam Sauce



How about turn the western pasta into South East Asia Fusion? Have a try!!

Ingredients

  • pasta     意粉
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • bean sprout    豆芽
  • tomato     番茄
  • lemon grass    香茅
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • instant tom yam paste    速食冬炎酱
  • fish sauce    鱼露

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Cook the pasta with a pot of hot salt water to tender. Drain the pasta.    意粉用开水煮软隔水。
  3. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic.    热锅放油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  4. Toss in the vegetables.    倒入蔬菜。
  5. Put in the pasta.    倒入意粉。
  6. Add the tom yam paste, stir well with the pasta and vegetables.    加入冬炎酱,与蔬菜和意粉混匀
  7. Season with salt, pepper, fish sauce and sesame oil.    以鱼露调味。
