Simple Soba Salad
A simple soba for lunch.
Ingredients
- soba noodle 荞麦面
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- carrot 胡萝卜
- tofu 豆腐
- sesame oil 麻油
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- pepper 胡椒
Steps
- Cut the vegetables into desire size. 蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
- Blanch the cellophane soba noodle, napa cabbage/chinese cabbage. 把荞麦面和黄芽白/大白菜川烫。
- Steam the tofu to cooked. 豆腐蒸熟。
- Pour the sesame oil, pepper, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar into a bowl and mix thoroughly. 然后,麻油、胡椒、寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋放一碗里搅匀。
- Place the ingredients on a plate, pour the dressing from step 4 on top. 把材料排在碟里,然后淋上步骤4的调味料。
