Make a soft bread with sweet potato puree. To make it easier, use bread maker.
Ingredients
- 250g of high-protein flour 250 克高筋面粉
- 200g of sweet potato puree 200 克蕃薯泥
- 60g of condensed milk 60 克炼奶
- 1 egg (slightly beaten) 1 个蛋 (稍微打散)
- 40g of butter 40 克牛油
- 1 tea spoon of instant yeast 1 茶匙速溶酵母
- 1 tea spoon of salt 1 茶匙盐
- 1 tablespoon of water 1 汤匙水
Steps
- Place the sweet potato puree, egg, condensed milk, water into the bread pan, then follow by salt, flour, butter and yeast on most top. To avoid the yeast been 'killed' by the salt, make sure they are separated by a layer of flour. 蕃薯泥、蛋、炼奶、水倒入烤盘里, 接着放盐、粉,最表面放牛油和酵母。盐和酵母之间用粉隔开以免酵母直接接触盐而失效。
- Choose the 'sweet' mode, 'light' color for the crust, '1lb' for the loaf size. 选‘sweet'程式, 面包上色 ‘light’,面包重量‘1lb' 。
- Press 'Start/Stop' button. The machine starts and let it complete its mission automatically. 按’Start/Stop'钮。面包机启动后让它自动完成任务。
- Remove the bread pan from the machine. 烤盘取出。
- Use non-stick spatula to gently loosen the sides of the loaf from pan. 用不沾质料的刮刀弄松面包四周。
- Turn bread pan up-side down and shake gently until the loaf gets out from the pan. 烤盘倒转轻轻摇至面包脱离。
- Leave the loaf to cold and slice to serve. 面包放凉后切片享用。
