Vegetable Pancakes



The vegetable pancakes, healthy snack for the family..

Ingredients

Pancake batter

  • 3 tablespoon of all-purpose flour    3 汤匙普通面粉
  • 1 egg    1 颗蛋
  • garlic    
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • cabbage    包菜
  • celery    西芹
  • roasted sesame    烤好的芝麻
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • a touch of salt and pepper    少許鹽和胡椒

Dipping sauce

  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • sugar    
  • salt    
  • Cayenne pepper powder    辣椒粉

Steps 

  1. Place all ingredient of dipping sauce into a sauce pan and bring to boil. Set aside.    把dipping sauce的材料放入小锅煮滚待用。
  2. Tear the bunashimeji into stripes. Chop the garlic, capsicum, cabbage and celery.    灵芝菇撕条。蒜、灯笼辣椒、包菜、西芹切碎。
  3. Place all the vegetables, egg, flour, sesame, sesame oil, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl.    所有蔬菜、蛋、粉、芝麻、芝麻油、盐和胡椒置入碗里。
  4. Mix and stir the ingredients into a smooth batter.    把材料混合均匀成面糊状。
  5. Heat up a pan with some cooking oil. Scoop the pancake batter to the pan and brown both sides.    烧热锅抹些油,舀些面糊入锅里煎至两面金黄色。
  6. Serve the pancakes with the dipping  sauce.    蔬菜煎饼沾步骤(1)的酱汁吃。
