Ingredients
Pancake batter
- 3 tablespoon of all-purpose flour 3 汤匙普通面粉
- 1 egg 1 颗蛋
- garlic 蒜
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- cabbage 包菜
- celery 西芹
- roasted sesame 烤好的芝麻
- sesame oil 麻油

Dipping sauce
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- sugar 糖
- salt 盐
- Cayenne pepper powder 辣椒粉
Steps
- Place all ingredient of dipping sauce into a sauce pan and bring to boil. Set aside. 把dipping sauce的材料放入小锅煮滚待用。
- Tear the bunashimeji into stripes. Chop the garlic, capsicum, cabbage and celery. 灵芝菇撕条。蒜、灯笼辣椒、包菜、西芹切碎。
- Place all the vegetables, egg, flour, sesame, sesame oil, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl. 所有蔬菜、蛋、粉、芝麻、芝麻油、盐和胡椒置入碗里。
