Another udon style with a bunch of fresh grind black pepper. You could bite the crunchy pepper corns while eating the meal.
Ingredients
- Udon noodle 乌冬面
- cabbage 包菜
- carrot 胡萝卜
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- garlic 蒜
- salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- dark soy sauce 黑醬油
- oyster sauce 蚝油
- light soy sauce 酱油
- black pepper corn 黑胡椒粒
Steps
- Grind the pepper corn into chunks using pestle and mortar. 胡椒粒磨成碎粒。
- Chop the garlic. Cut other vegetables and salmon to desire size. 蒜切末,其它蔬菜和鱼切成喜欢的大小。
- Blanch the udon noodle. 川汤面条备用。
- Heat up the pan with some oil. Sauté the garlic a little while to enhance the aroma. Then toss in the fish, vegetable and noodle. Stir thoroughly. 爆香蒜末,然后加入鱼、蔬菜和面。拌匀。
- Season with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper chunk and stir evenly. 加入黑酱油、酱油、蚝油和胡椒碎炒勻即可。
