The ordinary pasta usually takes 2 pots to work. One to boil the pasta while the other will prepare the sauce. Few days back, I've learned a simplest method from my daily newspaper~ one-pot pasta, where cooking the pasta by using only 1 pot and everything cook at once. Isn't that sounds awesome to you?
Ingredients
- broccoli 西兰花
- celery 西芹
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- tomato 番茄
- button mushroom 蘑菇
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- pasta 意粉
- shredded roasted chicken 烤鸡肉丝
- pepper 胡椒粉
- oreagano 牛至
- salt 盐
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- milk 牛奶
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic. 热锅放油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Pour in the dried scallop broth (not too much so the pasta wouldn't turn out too moist) and bring to boil. 倒入适量干贝高汤(别放太多不然成品很湿)煮开。
- Toss in the pasta and boil to half-cooked, then add the vegetables and shredded chicken. 放入意粉煮至半熟,加其它蔬菜和鸡肉丝。
- Follow by the milk. 倒入牛奶。
- When the sauce almost dried out, season with salt, pepper, oregano. 当酱汁快收干,以盐、胡椒粉、牛至调味。
